Variovac are a German food machinery manufacturer specialising in producing high quality food packaging equipment. With more than 30 years expertise in this field of business, we have a wealth of product and technical knowledge, which we use to produce high value, reliable and adaptable vacuum packaging and gas flushing equipment.
The Variovac machines are fully automatic in-line thermoformers, controlled by the Siemens S7 PLC, which includes a touch screen diagnostic display. The machines are capable of storing up to 80 programmes, containing all the required operational parameters. The Variovac machines are of stainless steel construction and are assembled using the latest technology to guarantee longevity and reliability.
Variovac complement the flexible range of thermoformers with a wide variety of modified atmosphere and vacuum packaging machines, including gas flushing, tray lidding machines, chamber machines, gas mixers and analysers and pack leak testing equipment.
